Passivhaus and PHI Low Energy Building Standard services were delivered through RIBA Stages 4 to 6, including detailed PHPP modelling, thermal and moisture analysis, U-value calculations, and airtightness strategy to support the delivery of comfortable, high-performance social housing in Canning Town.
